An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a top-tier Legal 100 international law firm with a strong presence across the UK and Europe. This role is ideal for a real Estate Solicitor looking to focus on development projects and gain exposure to high-profile transactions across residential, mixed-use and investment sectors.

You will work closely with an experienced Partner and be involved in a variety of strategic and complex real estate matters, gaining valuable hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising on the acquisition and disposal of residential and mixed-use developments
• Supporting strategic land and residential development projects from initial planning through to completion
• Assisting on investment, leasing, asset management and renewable energy-related real estate matters
• Acting on complex client-facing transactions, providing commercial and practical advice throughout the process

Your Profile

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in real estate development 
• Exposure to strategic land, residential development, or investment projects
• Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to manage complex transactions
• Hybrid working flexibility
