The Role

An established regional law firm is looking to appoint a Contentious Probate Solicitor to join its expanding disputes team.

This role has arisen due to continued growth within the department and the firm’s ongoing commitment to developing its specialist contentious probate offering. You’ll take on a varied caseload of inheritance disputes, challenges to wills, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, trust disputes, proprietary estoppel matters and executor/beneficiary disputes.

You’ll be joining a supportive environment where knowledge sharing and mentoring are genuinely valued, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their expertise in this specialist area.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in Contentious Probate or closely related Private Client Litigation
• A genuine interest in developing a long-term career within this specialist practice area
• Strong technical ability with excellent client care and communication skills
• ACTAPS accreditation is welcomed but not essential. Candidates with a desire to work towards the qualification will be fully supported
