Position Summary
Integreon is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Paralegal to support the management, review, drafting, negotiation and execution of a broad range of SaaS, IT and commercial contracts.
This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with a leading global provider of industry-specific cloud software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions, supporting commercial teams across an international business. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and legal teams to facilitate efficient contract execution, identify and manage contractual risks, and ensure agreements are aligned with established contracting policies, processes and commercial objectives. The role requires a strong understanding of SaaS and IT contracting, excellent attention to detail, sound commercial judgement and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Review, draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, with a particular focus on SaaS, IT and technology-related contracts. Support the end-to-end contract lifecycle, from initial request and drafting through negotiation, approval, and execution. Provide legal and contractual support to internal business stakeholders. Respond to contract-related queries and prepare relevant documentation and agreements. Identify contractual risks and ensure compliance with applicable risk management policies. Support data collection, reporting, and documentation of legal and contractual information.
Skills & Experience
3–5 years’ experience in contracts management, commercial contracting or a similar legal/contracts role. Strong experience with SaaS and IT contracts is essential. Experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements in an international or multinational environment is highly desirable. Experience with professional services agreements is an advantage. Good understanding of key commercial and technology contract terms, including areas such as services, licensing, data protection, confidentiality, intellectual property, liability, indemnities, warranties and termination. Experience using Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Awareness of Generative AI tools and their potential applications within legal and contracting environments is an advantage. Fluency in Foreign language is a plus.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Educational Requirements
LLB or GDL required. LPC preferred.
