A well-established boutique law firm is looking for an organised, proactive and approachable Employment Paralegal to join its close-knit team in Solihull.

The Role

  • Supporting solicitors with casework and projects
  • Managing legal documents and preparing bundles
  • Taking clear and accurate meeting and initial enquiry notes
  • Circulating and tracking agreements via DocuSign
  • Monitoring deadlines and helping to keep matters on track
  • Good time management and a proactive approach
  • Providing general administrative support to the legal team

Our client looking for someone with:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience supporting legal casework or projects
  • Confidence with Microsoft Office, Adobe and DocuSign
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good time management and a proactive approach
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience working in a legal environment, particularly employment law
