The Role

• Supporting experienced solicitors on a varied caseload of private family law matters.
• Preparing legal documents, correspondence and court bundles.
• Managing files from instruction through to conclusion.
• Liaising professionally with clients, barristers, courts and third parties.
• Conducting legal research and assisting with case preparation.
• Attending client meetings where appropriate and delivering exceptional client care.
• Taking on increasing responsibility as your knowledge and confidence develop.
• Becoming an integral member of a growing department where your contribution will be recognised and valued.

You

• Previous legal experience, ideally within family law or another client-facing area of law.
• A genuine ambition to build a long-term career in private family law.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach.
• A proactive attitude and a genuine desire to learn from experienced colleagues.
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment.
