Commercial law firm in Cheltenham is looking to recruit a Real Estate Finance lawyer of 2 or more years’ PQE. The team works with:
• all kinds of lenders, including mainstream banks
• bridging loan companies
• challenger banks and peer-to-peer lenders
• individual borrowers
The team covers every aspect of a real estate deal including:
• advising lenders and borrowers on loans related to property sales and acquisitions
• helping to finance property development
• refinance existing debt
In view of the above, the successful candidate can expect to:
• advise on a range of issues across the breadth of real estate finance;
• develop and maintain knowledge on issues within real estate finance, working collaboratively with colleagues across the whole team to share knowledge;
• develop opportunities for referrals of work across the business and actively participate in business development opportunities.
Applicants will either have a background in Real Estate Finance or have had some exposure to Real Estate Finance work through a broader commercial property role. You will also have an ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and successfully manage client relationships.
