This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional with RTA experience and a genuine interest in motorcycles and bike culture to develop their expertise within a well-established, people-focused organisation. You will support the management of a caseload of Fast Track and MOJ Road Traffic Accident claims, with a particular focus on matters involving motorcycles, mopeds, bicycles, and e-scooters.
The successful candidate will have experience handling RTA claims, ideally involving Fast Track or MOJ matters, together with a strong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules and relevant personal injury processes.
