Employment Solicitor – 3–5 PQE | Seaford (Hybrid Working)
A well-established, Lexcel-accredited law firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor (3–5 years PQE) to join its growing team based in Seaford, with flexible hybrid working available.
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of contentious and non contentious employment law matters, advising both employers and employees. Responsibilities include handling Employment Tribunal claims, delivering technically excellent advice, and contributing to business development and client growth. You will also collaborate with experienced litigators and support HR consultancy services.
The ideal Employment Solicitor will have strong drafting and communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
