Are you an experienced Conveyancing Assistant looking to join a firm where you can build a long-term career?

I’m working with a well-established and highly respected Yorkshire law firm that is continuing to invest in its Residential Property team. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a number of experienced Conveyancing Assistants across their West Yorkshire offices.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running, providing high-quality support to busy fee earners and helping ensure transactions progress efficiently from instruction through to completion.

You’ll play a key role in the conveyancing process, assisting with client onboarding, preparing contract packs, ordering searches, liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors, managing Land Registry applications and keeping case files up to date. Previous experience in a busy residential conveyancing environment is essential.

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a Conveyancing Assistant within a residential property team.
• A strong understanding of the residential conveyancing process.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload.
• Strong communication and client care skills.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
