A leading international law firm is seeking a solicitor (NQ-4) to join its highly regarded Technology & Commercial Contracts team in Edinburgh or Glasgow. 

This is an excellent opportunity to build expertise in a fast-moving area of law, advising on a broad range of technology, outsourcing, SaaS and digital transformation projects for major UK and international clients.

The Role

The successful candidate will:

• Draft and negotiate commercial and technology agreements
• Advise on technology procurement, SaaS and outsourcing arrangements
• Support large-scale digital transformation and implementation projects
• Work closely with colleagues across a range of specialist practice areas
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development activities

About You

Applicants should ideally have:

• NQ-4 years’ PQE
• Experience in commercial contracts, technology, IP, data or related areas
• Strong drafting and communication skills
• A commercial approach and interest in technology and innovation
• A collaborative and proactive mindset
