The Role
From a recruitment perspective, this position offers a varied and engaging caseload, including:

• Advising employers and employees on a wide range of employment law matters
• Handling Employment Tribunal claims including unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistleblowing
• Advising on disciplinary and grievance procedures, redundancy, and restructuring processes
• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
• Advising on TUPE transfers and business reorganisations
• Managing matters from initial instruction through to resolution
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in employment law
• Strong technical knowledge across contentious and advisory matters
