Our client, a reputable US law firm, is seeking a highly experienced Paralegal to join their leading UAE transactional team, supporting a busy and fast-paced corporate reorganisation and broader transactional practice covering M&A, capital markets, funds, and private equity work. This is a varied and hands-on role where you will play a key part in company formations, corporate maintenance, and regulatory matters across multiple UAE jurisdictions, while also supporting high-value transactional work alongside Associates and Partners.
You will liaise directly with UAE government authorities and free zone bodies, manage corporate filings and record searches, assist with legal due diligence, and draft a wide range of corporate documents including resolutions, constitutional documents, powers of attorney, and client correspondence.
The firm is looking for a professional with c years’ UAE-based paralegal experience gained in a leading international or major regional law firm. You must be fully fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken, written, and translation capability essential).
