The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, and capital markets transactions. The role offers exposure to complex cross-border work and the opportunity to work closely with an international client base across a variety of sectors.
We are seeking a lawyer with ideally between 5-8 years’ PQE, or similar relevant experience. Applicants should demonstrate a stable and consistent career history and be comfortable operating with a high level of responsibility and client exposure.
