Commercial law firm in Bermuda is seeking to recruit an experienced Insolvency Litigation Solicitor Advocate or Barrister of 12 or more years’ PQE/Call.
The successful candidate will be:
• a Litigation attorney with strong court advocacy skills and significant insolvency experience with proven experience in conducting Litigation to a high standard at various levels of court;
• someone with strong commercial awareness;
• great business development and client rapport building skills;
• a team player;
• willing to mentor juniors and someone who is keen to eventually progress to partnership.
The successful applicant should have:
• Excellent drafting, legal research and legal opinion writing;
• Strong interpersonal skills to deal effectively with clients, lawyers and colleagues;
• a desire to be involved with business development activities.
You must have strong court advocacy experience, have conducted your own matters (and/or led on such matters), and are highly experienced and confident in Insolvency matters. Applicants for this role will either be England & Wales, Scottish, Australian, New Zealand or Canadian qualified.
