THE ROLE: A leading, collaborative legal practice is seeking an Insolvency & Restructuring Solicitor to join its busy team in Norfolk.
This is a varied and fast-paced role covering both contentious and non-contentious work, offering exposure to complex matters and a diverse client base including insolvency practitioners, creditors, directors, and employees. The Insolvency & Restructuring team advises a wide range of clients on both contentious and transactional matters, including restructuring, winding-up proceedings, directors’ duties, and debt-related issues. The team is known for its supportive, collaborative approach and its ability to handle complex, high-quality work.
