We are instructed on a senior-level opportunity with a well-established Somerset law firm seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (5+ PQE) to play a key role in the continued growth of the department.
This is an ideal opportunity for a qualified solicitor operating at senior level who is commercially minded and motivated by both client development and financial reward.
The Role
You will manage a high-quality residential conveyancing caseload while contributing strategically to the development of the department. There is a strong emphasis on:
• Networking and business development
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Fee generation and driving departmental growth
• Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team (where applicable)
Candidates with an existing following or demonstrable business development success will be particularly well regarded.
