Larbey Evans is partnering with an award-winning law firm to recruit a Trainee Legal PA for their centrally located Dublin office, surrounded by the City’s rich historical heritage.

This is an initial 2 year contract with the strong possibility of a permanent role being offered.

Trainee Legal PA Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Senior PAs in the office with all PA and administrative duties
• Maintain accurate client contact details
• Assist with the creation and amendments of documents including proofreading the same focusing on basic format and grammar
• Diary management including conflict resolution and forward planning
• Track Business Development initiatives and provide support during events
• Process expenses and manage the billing processing

Trainee Legal PA Skills & Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Office Junior within a law firm or corporate environment is essential
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications  
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
