An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Rural Land Solicitor to join a highly regarded Inverness team advising on a wide range of rural property and land-related matters.

This role offers significant client contact, high-quality work and the opportunity to play a key role in developing long-standing relationships across the Highlands.

The role

• Advise on acquisitions, disposals and rural property transactions
• Handle agricultural and estate-related matters
• Support landowners and businesses on a range of property issues
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships
• Contribute to networking and business development activities

About you

• 2–8 years’ PQE
• Experience in rural property, agricultural or commercial property law
• Confident managing transactions independently
• Commercially aware with excellent client relationship skills
• Organised and proactive approach
