The role

• Join a sizeable and well-structured real estate team handling a broad mix of commercial property matters
• Manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion with appropriate support
• Deliver fee-earning work in line with team and firm targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted point of contact
• Get involved in business development and marketing initiatives
• Work closely with colleagues across departments on cross-referral opportunities
• Stay up to date with legal developments through ongoing training and research

You

• 2–4 years PQE in commercial real estate
• Strong commercial awareness with solid negotiation skills
• Confident running your own files and dealing directly with clients
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Able to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A team player who wants to be part of a collaborative and growing department
• Keen to progress your career in a firm that will actually invest in your development
