Private Funds Lawyer – Bristol

A leading firm is looking to appoint a Private Funds Lawyer to join its growing Bristol-based team. This role offers exposure to the full lifecycle of private investment funds, working with a broad client base including fund managers and institutional investors across a range of asset classes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and negotiating core fund documentation
• Advising on tailored fund structures
• Supporting international fund launches
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships with fund sponsors and investors

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-regarded practice and gain hands-on experience on complex and innovative fund structures.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with 2–5 years’ PQE, with a focus on private funds or fund formation
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating fund documentation
• Exposure to cross-border matters and offshore jurisdictions would be beneficial
• Interest or experience in secondaries and LP portfolio transactions is advantageous
