The role

You’ll manage a mixed caseload from initial instruction through to settlement or hearing, advising clients clearly and practically throughout the litigation process. The work includes preparing cases, representing clients in court where required and negotiating outcomes on their behalf.

You’ll work closely with colleagues, contributing to the wider success of the team while continuing to build confidence and technical capability across both personal injury and clinical negligence matters.

About you

This role would suit a Solicitor or Trainee who:

• Is NQ–4 years’ PQE in personal injury and/or clinical negligence, or a Trainee seeking to assign
• Has experience managing claims or relevant seat experience during traineeship
• Is comfortable with court exposure and negotiations (or keen to develop this area)
• Communicates professionally and confidently with clients
• Is organised, detail‑focused and able to manage multiple files
• Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team
