THE ROLE
The firm is looking to strengthen the London team with the addition of an English law-trained and qualified associate specialising in derivatives and structured finance.
You will have gained experience in a Magic Circle firm (or comparable international firm with a top tier structured finance practice).
ABOUT YOU
A UK trained and qualified associate with 18 months to 4pqe.
You will play a key role in supporting complex derivatives and structured products matters, including ISDA documentation, as well as contributing to the broader debt finance practice, which comprises primarily corporate finance and leveraged finance transactions, within an international platform.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in derivatives and structured products, with well-developed drafting and negotiation skills in relation to ISDA documentation.
Experience with loan products or acquisition finance is advantageous but not essential.
A strong academic record is essential and the team is looking for someone who is committed, commercially minded and versatile, with the ambition to develop their practice within a high-quality, collaborative team.
