The role

As a Conveyancing Paralegal in Aberdeen, you’ll take ownership of your own caseload of residential property matters.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of title
• Handling transactions from instruction through to settlement
• Drafting and issuing offers, concluding missives and progressing transactions
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients throughout the process
• Maintaining accurate case records using case management systems
• Liaising with lenders, agents and other third parties

About you

This role would suit a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal who:

• Has experience managing their own conveyancing caseload
• Is confident overseeing transactions from start to finish
• Communicates clearly and builds strong client relationships
• Is highly organised and able to meet deadlines
