Your new role
This commercial litigation solicitor role will see you join a busy and well balanced team that is going through an exciting phase in its development. As part of its plans, the team is looking to hire a commercial litigation lawyer to handle a mix of work that will include shareholder and partnership disputes, general contractual litigation and reputation management matters. The role will see you take on a varied caseload and you will also play a significant role in business development initiatives as well as help mentor more junior members of the team.
What you’ll need to succeed
You should be a commercial litigation lawyer operating at Senior Associate level or looking to take the step up to this level. You will have gained a broad spread of dispute resolution experience and will be able to display a pragmatic and client led approach.
