An excellent opportunity has arisen for an NQ Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a leading defendant healthcare practice in Leeds.

This role offers exposure to complex, high-value clinical negligence claims and the chance to work alongside experienced specialists acting for major healthcare and insurance clients.

The Role

• Assist with and manage a varied caseload of defendant clinical negligence matters
• Draft pleadings, witness statements and other key legal documents
• Support case preparation for mediations, settlement discussions and hearings

Applications welcomed from NQ+ Solicitors with experience in clinical negligence, personal injury or insurance litigation gained during training or previous legal roles.
