Childcare Solicitor

Our client is seeking to recruit a highly skilled and experienced Childcare Solicitor to join its dynamic and well-regarded team in Shropshire.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated childcare solicitor to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will:

• Manage their own caseload of childcare matters
• Represent clients in court proceedings
• Provide expert legal advice on issues relating to childcare arrangements

While Children’s Panel membership would be advantageous though not essential. 

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales with at least 3 years PQE
• Have experience managing your own caseload
• Possess strong advocacy skills
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence
